Application discovery, ADDM
Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with BMC Remedy suite including CMDB, discovery tools.
Roles & Responsibilities · Must have development experience with BMC Atrium CMDB version 8.x and experience in integrating Atrium CMDB with multiple federated data sources.
· Proficient in managing ADDM, CMDB, and integrations to the Atrium CMDB
· Good and Hands on experience on installations, configurations and integrations.
· Administration and configuration of BMC ADDM across the client environment, including discovery of all key infrastructure, and network devices
· Perform configuration for the discovery solutions of all key software, off-the-shelf and bespoke
· Able to write TPL's scripts (Technology Pattern Language) to enhance discovery data quality
· Strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple groups to perform Application mapping with multiple groups
· Responsible to design and review the ADDM infrastructure while scope expansion
· Knowledge on developing scripts to build application relationship (Application modeling)
· Must have a good working knowledge of Service Desk processes (incident and problem management)
