10 Best Google Adsense Alternatives (2015)

10 best Google Adsense Alternatives

Here are some of the best Google Adsense Alternatives you can try to monetize your website without using Google Adsense, and I’ll tell you how they work and why you should consider them, so let’s start:

10. Revenue Hits

I recently discovered Revenue Hits and it looks like a great contender. I signed up and was quickly contacted by a manager to see how their ad platform for publishers work and they have a ton of features to make money. Revenue hits is a Performance Ad network, which means they pay you for results (CPA which is great for many niches), however, they have CPM and CPC models too. Revenue hits has an interesting platform that learns from your Ads so if you give them a try make sure to keep their ads running for 2-4 days to get the best results. Another great thing is that they have different monetization channels available. You can create banner ads, sliders, pop -unders, buttons and more. Revenue Hits pays on a NET 30 basis and they issue payments via wire, Paypal and Payoneer! Create your account and get started in just a few minutes HERE!
Note: I just moved Revenue Hits to the first place because some publishers have been generating more than $100 per month in their first try with Revenue Hits. Some of them are already generating a lot more, and there’s no entry barrier such as with Adversal (500k monthly traffic). I’d recommend to get started ASAP with Revenue Hits and let us know how it does for you!

9. Amazon Associates

Google Adsense Alternatives Amazon
You can make a good amount of money from Amazon, especially in Christmas and other holidays
Amazon is the biggest online store in the world, so they must be doing something good. Well, if you have a website that talks about any product that can be found on Amazon, then Amazon associates could work for you. Amazon allows you to put dynamic image ads to your blog, so that you can promote them and while this isn’t a Pay-per-click or CPM program, it will pay you a small commission for everything they sell from your links. So let’s say you have a blog about Apple products and you put an ad driving them to buy an iPod or just a cable. If they buy it, an small commission will be for you. So if you sell a $10 cable you might receive a few cents, but sell a $1500 Laptop and you might receive $100. The good thing is that everything they buy through your link (even if it isn’t the product you recommended at first) will generate a commission for your. the only con I find with Amazon, is that they need to send you a check that could take weeks to arrive to your home, unless you live in the United Stated of America where you can provide your Bank account. You can use this with Adsense at the same time.

8. Yllix Media

Yllix is a network I have heard a lot in the last years that has a decent CPM and many monetization options. Their homepage might look simple but their dashboard is great and it’s easy to get started. Yllix has Pop under ads, mobile redirects, sliders, layer ads and full page ads so you can get a good CTR and make money with them. Definitely a good option for starters and their approval is fast.Sign up here.

7. Chitika

The reason I put Chitika on the number 3 of this list, is because Chitika is very similar to Adsense. they allow you to customize your ads, and it only serves contextual ads. One good thing is that you can use it along with Adsense and there are no problems at all. Chitika pays via Paypal ($10 USD minimum, which is good for starters) or via check ($50 minimum). If I were to recommend an ads service as an alternative to Adsense, Chitika would be my first choice, hands down. Chitika can pay you via paypal if you need. Sign up here and get your account approved fast and easily! Bonus: Check my Chitika earnings here.

6. Tribal Fusion

Tribal Fusion is no small network. They work on a CPM basis and you need a lot of traffic to get accepted (500,000 unique visitors per month). This is a great alternative for those working with viral websites (read my case study) or sites that already have a lot of traffic. There are some other similar networks but I think Tribal Fusion is one of the best.

5. PopAds

PopAds is a performance network specialized in Pop Unders. They have good rates and they can monetize all countries. Something great about PopAds is that they can pay daily as long as you earn $5 or more per day. Their quality is good, and they also have pop ups and other monetization methods. Their approvals are easy and setting your ads takes just a few minutes. Sign up as a publisher here.

4. Propeller Ads Media

Propeller Ads is one of the biggest pop-under networks available. They started working on 2011 and quickly developed into one of the biggest networks with great CPMs. They specialize in monetizing websites for the following niches: entertainment, videos/movies, games, dating, finances, software, gambling and more. If you’ve got one of this sites, you could make more money with Propeller than with Adsense. They also have banners but the pop unders work better overall. Also, if you’ve got mobile traffic, they’re a great Adsense alternative as they work closely with ad networks that monetize apps and mobile services leading to huge ROIs and great CPMs too.
Propeller pays on a NET 30 basis and they have a great fill rate for tier 2-3 countries. So if you’re struggling to monetize traffic from countries like India, Singapore, Turkey, South Africa, etc. Propeller has a big inventory for them too. Sign up as a Publisher with Propeller Ads here. Bonus: Check how to make money with Propeller Ads here.

3. Infolinks

Infolinks is a Pay per click advertisement network that allows you to make money through your blog based on specific keywords. Infolinks indexes your pages and automatically add some hiperlinks in your text. Of course, since this isn’t a CPM program, it might take you a while to start earning a regular passive income through it, but it’s still an alternative to Adsense. They can pay you via Paypal, Wire Transfer, Check Western Union, ACH and Payoneer and there’s an initial limit of $50. Infolinks is great for big websites and it works in English, Spanish, French and German websites. Start using Infolinks here.

2. Adversal

Adversal is a great alternative of Adsense and works as great as Chitika. They have good banners and the CTR and revenue adapts to get the best results for your website. I’ve seen the Ads on Adversal have a good CTR and they have good image ads too. This is probably the Ad network which seems to work better for those looking for a replacement of Google Adsense. It works decently with other languages too (Chitika doesn’t).  You account gets approved really fast and they also have Pop under /CPM ads as an option. Note: Adversal requires a website with a minimum of 50,000 page views per month, but they have proven to work really well. I earn over $500-1000 per month. They also pay via paypal. Sign up here.Bonus: Check my Adversal earnings here.

History of Carrom Board

The origins of carrom are obscure at best. Some say it was the invention of the Maharajahs of India, while many in India believe it may have been introduced by the British. Some books on international games include Burma, Egypt and Ethiopia as possible sources, all of which leads us to conclude that, at this time, no-one knows where carrom originated.
What we do know is that over the past century or so, carrom has become the regional pastime of the Indian subcontinent as well as all other countries where South Asians have migrated. Players often begin at home with family but carry it into their adult lives as a social activity or even to work as a break from the office routine.
Serious carrom tournaments may have begun in Sri Lanka in 1935 but by 1958, both India and Sri Lanka had formed official federations of carrom clubs, sponsoring tournaments and awarding prizes. Rankings of statewide teams in India began in 1956 and the first matches between national teams India v. Sri Lanka) occurred in the 1960s. Regional competitions have also taken place in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Malaysia, and the Republic of the Maldives.
With interest in Eastern culture growing among young Europeans during the 60s, carrom began appearing in homes and clubs. By the 1970s, commercial importation from India had begun and tournaments were being held in Switzerland, Germany and Holland. International competitions were already underway in Europe by 1980 and today, thousands of serious carrom players are spreading it's popularity while boards are now being manufactured in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, and Italy.

The movement to form the International Carrom Federation gained momentum in the 1980s due to energetic promotion by Europeans and Asians alike. The first Carrom Congress was held in 1988 and their first tournament in 1989 with India, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Germany, Switzerland & Holland competing for a silver cup. Probably the most important event in unifying carrom players around the world has been the codification of rules for tournament play by the ICF. Previously players from various countries played by different rules, making international competition impossible. With the creation of the Laws of Carromteams from all the carrom-playing countries are now able to agree on rules and 'International Standard' carrom has been born. Regulations cover the dimensions of the board and playing pieces as well as every conceivable procedural question.

How and When ASHES Series start?

"In affectionate remembrance of English cricket which died at The Oval, 29th August, 1882. Deeply lamented by a large circle of sorrowing friends and acquaintances, RIP. NB The body will be cremated and the Ashes taken to Australia."
Australia's first victory on English soil over the full strength of England, on August 29, 1882, inspired a young London journalist, Reginald Shirley Brooks, to write this mock "obituary''. It appeared in the Sporting Times.
Before England's defeat at The Oval, by seven runs, arrangements had already been made for the Hon. Ivo Bligh, afterwards Lord Darnley, to lead a team to Australia. Three weeks later they set out, now with the popular objective of recovering the Ashes. In the event, Australia won the first Test by nine wickets, but with England winning the next two it became generally accepted that they brought back the Ashes.
It was long believed that the real Ashes - a small urn thought to contain the ashes of a bail used in the third match - were presented to Bligh by a group of Melbourne women. In 1998, Lord Darnley's 82-year-old daughter-in-law said they were the remains of her mother-in-law's veil, not a bail. Other evidence suggests a ball. The certain origin of the Ashes, therefore, is the subject of some dispute.
After Lord Darnley's death in 1927, the urn was given to MCC by Lord Darnley's Australian-born widow, Florence. It can be seen in the cricket museum at Lord's, together with a red and gold velvet bag, made specially for it, and the scorecard of the 1882 match.
The text on the urn is as follows:-
When Ivo goes back with the urn, the urn;
Studds, Steel, Read and Tylecote return, return;
The welkin will ring loud,
The great crowd will feel proud,
Seeing Barlow and Bates with the urn, the urn;
And the rest coming home with the urn.

THESE APPS WERE MADE TO ENHANCE BRAIN POWER

People young and old are going crazy over mobile games. The desire to crush candy or slingshot angry fowl has grown so out of control that it's literally injuring people's thumbs and causing some to spend hundreds of dollars on in-game purchases.
Fortunately, not every mobile game will hurt you or your wallet. There are a few out there that can actually help build a little brain power.
Since the advent of "Jeopardy!" and "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?" people have become captivated with entertaining games that will teach them something, too. Now, you don't need a TV set to play along. Just whip out a smartphone and download one of these brain-building games.
Elevate
This self-proclaimed personal brain trainer has captured a lot of attention after featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, USA Today and the Boston Globe. It's an app that combines mini-games with training activities to help you sharpen your skills in 29 different areas. Upgrade your reading comprehension or increase your memory or vocabulary. You choose what you want to work on and then play games doing it.
Sporcle
A trivia app that has it all, Sporcle is packed with every kind of question you of. Do you want to focus on past and current members from the Saturday Night Live cast? There's a quiz for that. Would you rather stick with sports and answer questions about NBA teams? No problem. How about putting your brain to the test with a quiz about famous biologists? You're in luck. Sporcle has every question — and answer — you're looking for. Best of all, you can make it into a game with your friends and share your scores wirelessly. Sometimes, a little healthy competition is the best way to learn.
Lumosity

What happens when you take neuroscience and brain research out of laboratories and distribute it to everyone with a smartphone? Lumosity uses the science behind measuring cognitive functions and puts it right into your hands so you can test, train and measure your progress. With 40 universities collaborating with developers and 70 million users across the globe, Lumosity may be one of the most popular and reliable brain-building apps.

There are thousands of apps out there, and a few may actually make you smarter.

The Official SAT Question of the Day™ App

A quick little quiz that's straight to the point and is actually preparing you for something — that's what the Official SAT Question of the Day is all about. There are millions of teens preparing for the SAT. Make sure your mind is as sharp as theirs.
Personal Zen
Remember, brain power isn't just about what you know, it's how you feel, too. The way you handle stress can tell others a lot about your mental fortitude. Luckily, there's an app for that. A psychology and neuroscience professor collaborated with a team of developers to combine the power of games and stress relief methods to create Personal Zen. Even better news, the game has already shown promise in clinical studies.

Scientists Used Facebook For the Largest Ever Study of Language and Personality

This post originally appeared in Business Insider.
By Michael Kelley
A group of University of Pennsylvania researchers who analyzed the Facebook status updates of 75,000 volunteers have found an entirely different way to analyze human personality, according to a new study published in PLOS One. The volunteers completed a common personality questionnaire through a Facebook application and made their Facebook status updates available so that researchers could find linguistic patterns in the language.
Drawing from more than 700 million words, phrases, and topics, the researchers built computer models that predicted the individuals’ age, gender, and their responses on the personality questionnaires with surprising accuracy. The "open-vocabulary approach" of analyzing all words was shown to be equally predictive (and in some cases moreso) than traditional methods used by psychologists, such as self-reported surveys and questionnaires, that use a predetermined set of words to analyze.
Basically, it's big data meets psychology.
The Penn researchers also created word clouds that "provide an unprecedented window into the psychological world of people with a given trait," graduate student Johannes Eichstaedt, who worked on the project, said in a press release. "Many things seem obvious after the fact and each item makes sense, but would you have thought of them all, or even most of them?”
Here are some personality traits (click to enlarge):
The word clouds allowed the researchers to generate new insights into relationships between traits and language used. For example, participants with the most emotional stability refer to sports much more. Researcher Lyle Ungar said this suggests "we should explore the possibility that neurotic individuals would become more emotionally stable if they played more sports.” In this way, the results provide new ways of researching connections between traits, behaviors, and the effectiveness of psychological interventions.
Here's the breakdown by age:
Martin Seligman, director of the Positive Psychology Center, explained why the new approach trumps previous methods: “When I ask myself, 'What's it like to be an extrovert?’ ‘What's it like to be a teenage girl?’ ‘What's it like to be schizophrenic or neurotic?’ or ‘What's it like to be 70 years old?’ these word clouds come much closer to the heart of the matter than do all the questionnaires in existence.”
Here is gender:
The biggest boon of the study may be that instead of asking millions of people to fill out surveys, future studies could involve volunteers submitting their Facebook or Twitter feeds for anonymized study. “Researchers have studied these personality traits for many decades theoretically,” Eichstaedt said, “but now they have a simple window into how they shape modern lives in the age of Facebook.”
The study is part of the World Well-Being Project, which has found several ways to "analyze the big data available through online social media in light of psychological theory."
